Don’t hesitate to talk to the coaches on site. Ask them about your performance metrics and seek feedback to improve your skills.
This is a non-contact camp. Pads and helmets are not necessary. If you’re participating in the competition session, it’s recommended to bring a soft-shelled helmet. Otherwise, wear what you would normally wear to a no-pads/helmet practice.
Aim to arrive at least 15 minutes before the check-in session starts. This will give you ample time to settle in and get ready.
Always put your best foot forward. Show respect, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
It’s highly encouraged to bring your own water or sports drink to stay hydrated. Also, pack some snacks to keep your energy up throughout the day.
